Stroller Strides Encino
Welcome to Stroller Strides of Encino & Calabasas! Get ready for a total fitness program that's fun for you and baby. Class is comprised of a cardio, strength training, abdominal work and stretching. Our classes are designed for all skill levels from prenatal to postnatal (with Doctors OK) to the skilled athlete. Our first class is always free and all equipment is provided. The only thing that participants need to bring is a stable stroller, water, and a towel for floor exercises. Our Encino class meets Mon - Fri 9:30 AM at Lake Balboa & Calabasas class meets Mon, Wed, & Fri 9:30 AM at The Commons. Please email or call prior to your first class so that we can get you the most updated meeting spot details. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start of class to register. Stay and play after class- great chance to mingle with other moms and for the little ones to have some fun!
