Jennifer O'Connell is Executive Vice President of Shed Media US. She had been Senior Vice President of Ricochet Television since 2007, before the company became part of Shed Media US. She serves as Executive Producer of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New York City, Bethenny Ever After, and It's A Brad, Brad World as well as NBC’sWho Do You Think You Are? She has the new series Dogs in the City premiering on CBS this May and Hollywood Exes premiering on VH1 in June. Jennifer also continues to develop programs for several other cable and broadcast networks.
O'Connell was with NBC for seven years both on the scripted and unscripted sides. She oversaw the development of such hit programs as The Biggest Loser and longform events such as 10.5 and the Emmy Award-winning The Matthew Shepard Story. She is an 18-year veteran of the television business, having also logged time at the Disney Channel and Family Channel.
